Advocacy Coaching

I coach individuals and couples just starting out, or in the thick of fertility treatment that would like support and an opportunity to explore ways to become a self-advocate and to maintain mental, emotional and relational health throughout their fertility journey.

Having support and a safe environment to ask questions, learn a bit about fertility treatment, build self-advocacy skills and check in with mental and emotional health can be so important and valuable on this road. My goal as a coach is to leave people more informed, more empowered, and more energized for their own road ahead.

What You’ll Learn and Gain:

– An understanding of available fertility treatments
– An opportunity to brainstorm/ask questions/prepare before appts
– Assistance in exploring current mental/emotional health status and ways to maintain or improve whole-person health through treatment
